It is one of Napa’s premier family-owned properties and the first American winery to receive a 100 points score by Robert Parker for their Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. Dorona, a modern Italian Steakhouse in Naples, invites its guests to a special Bourbon Dinner on Wednesday, August 12th at 6:30pm. The evening will begin with a cocktail reception and continue with a chef-inspired four-course dinner paired with craft Bourbons.  
Kiril Tsarev, Bourbon Specialist, will be on hand to discuss the pairings and a bit about the bourbons themselves. This experience is limited to the first few respondents since the restaurant will maintain social distancing and follow the current guidelines for their guests’ and employees’ safety and well-being.

International Women’s Day

The Aielli Group, including the restaurants Sea Salt, Barbatella and Dorona, will be honoring the International Women’s Day on March 8th by donating part of the proceeds from every dessert sold to the Naples Woman’s Club. Support this cause and satisfy your sweet cravings with our delicious desserts!

Please note that Grappino will be excluded from this charity promotion since it is closed on Sundays.

About the Naples Woman’s Club:
The Naples Woman’s Club is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the Naples area community through philanthropic activities and volunteer service. We have 300 members and meet monthly October through April of each year. We host a number of educational and charitable events during the year and promote friendship among women in addition to our philanthropic and volunteer programs.

Dorona invites you to a carve and cooking demo on February 29th at 11:30 am. Chef Lucas and the culinary team will showcase how to properly break down a whole chicken and have you enjoy a delicious three course lunch menu.

This is what you will learn:

How to properly break down a whole chicken into usable parts.
How to prepare leftovers for chicken stock/soup
How to cook the chicken after butchering

Three course Lunch Menu:

1st Course

White Bean Panzanella Salad with Prosciutto
White kidney beans, pesto toasted ciabatta croutons, arugula, shaved parm prosciutto and white balsamic

Main Course

Citrus Airline Chicken
Seared Chicken with citrus compound butter, Citrus Agrodolce (orange supremes, grapefruit supremes, roasted shallots, roasted tomatoes, parsley, red wine vin, honey) and Toasted Farro with mirepoix
