Dorona Steakhouse is pleased to present an evening with Master Distiller, Donnis Todd from Garrison Brothers Distillery based out of Hye,Texas. The family-run business consistently delivers some of the finest bourbon in the United States. Born from a sweet mash, Garrison Brothers Distillery distills its bourbon from corn to cork using the relentless Texas heat, rainwater collection and a committed and passionate team. Join us for an intimate event and unique opportunity to discover Texas’ first and oldest legal bourbon distillery. Find out first hand what happens behind the scenes when making these award-winning bourbons with a cult following.
 
Donnis will walk us through the distinct expressions of the craft distiller’s bourbon while entertaining you with his personal bourbon journey. The evening will begin with a cocktail reception, followed by a four course dinner prepared by our talented Corporate Chef, Jason Goddard and bourbon tasting flight comparing the Garrison Brothers Honey Dew, Small Batch, Single Barrel and the rare Balmorhea. She recently joined The Matina Group UBS Wealth management.

Rufino Hernandez
Since launching the Garden District in downtown Naples in 2004, Rufino Hernandez has garnered a loyal legion of high-end clients for his creative floral designs, including multimillion-dollar events and intimate residential interiors. Hernandez also co-owns and runs Golden Gate Nursery, which his Cuba-born parents established.

Jimmy Keys
Comedian and Musician Jimmy Keys fits the mold for Special Events Entertainment, giving a high energy variety show packed with comedy, impressions, and some of the most exciting piano playing in naples! Jimmy Keys has been a host of multiple charity events in Naples, including comedic performances to benefit the children of Youth Haven.

Ingrid Aielli
Ingrid is the Co-Owner of Aielli Group and Board Member of Youth Haven. Ingrid and her husband Chef Fabrizio have shaped the culinary and philanthropic landscape in Naples for over 12 years. The Aielli Group has hosted an annual Christmas Dinner for the children of Youth Haven for the past 12 years.

Lili Montes
Lili has been the COO of the Aielli Group for over 13 years. During this time she has been a fundamental part of our community through various philanthropic initiatives which earned her the recognition as one of the “Leading Ladies” by Naples Illustrated and a recipient of the Glass Slipper by Champions of Learning

Founded in 1972, Youth Haven was established to fulfill an immediate need for emergency shelter for children who had been removed suddenly from a traumatic home situation. A group of caring local individuals worked together with law enforcement and community partners to create a safe space for each of these children in need.

Wayne Ogden Smith is a USAF Veteran and Vietnam POW. After serving, He went on to a highly successful business career. Now retired but not one to sit still, he works with multiple veterans’ groups.
Lois A. Bolin, Ph.D. is a speaker, editor, and leading champion for raising awareness on the economic and sociological value of local history and its connection to Florida’s Role in WWII.
She is passionate about her community, veterans, and history.
