Dorona invites you to a special cooking demo on

Saturday July 27th at 11:30am.

Theme: Secrets of Seafood – The lighter approach to Summer

Executive chef Fabio will showcase a Red beet cured hamachi crudo as well as how to achieve the prefect sear on a scallop.

The following menu will be served:

1st Course:

Hamachi crudo
Jalapeno, heirloom tomatoes, mustard “caviar” yuzo vinaigrette

Main Course:

Seared u10 scallop, corn salsa, kimchee butter sauce, potato croccantini


Key Lime Semifreddo

$45 per person includes the demonstration, lunch and a glass of Prosecco (Tax and gratuity not included)
