Dorona invites you to a Chef Curated Cooking Demonstration and 3-Course Luncheon. This time corporate Chef Jason Goddard will be showcasing the following theme:

Guide to Autumn squash: Eatable or ornamental?

In this class you will learn about selecting heirloom pumpkins and squashes and turning them into fall favorites.

The Luncheon menu looks as follows:

First course
Butternut Squash Bisque, duck prosciutto, creme fraiche

Second course
Heirloom Pumpkin Ravioli, with brown butter sage, jumbo lump crab

Pumpkin Pie Panna Cotta
