Issues of extreme importance to Mayor Heitmann are over-development, water runoff, and adhering to the ethics and codes of conduct. “Plan, Protect and Preserve!”
 
Rick Locastro
County Commissioner of District 1
Rick Locastro served in the Air Force for 24 years and retired as a full Colonel. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Air Force Academy and three master’s degrees. He is also a Leadership Collier graduate.

Founder of Fallen Officers
In 2018, she established the Fallen Officers to support the Robert L. Zore Foundation. “I’m fortunate enough that it’s a time in my life when I can do it, I want it to grow and to help as many people as I can.”

Lauren graduated from college in 1987 and has helped thousands of families achieve the American Dream of Home Ownership. Lauren is passionate about giving back to many charities including The Fallen Officers.
 
Wayne Smith & Lois Bolin
Wayne Ogden Smith is a USAF Veteran and Vietnam POW. After serving, He went on to a highly successful business career. Now retired but not one to sit still, he works with multiple veterans’ groups.
Lois A. Bolin, Ph.D. is a speaker, editor, and leading champion for raising awareness on the economic and sociological value of local history and its connection to Florida’s Role in WWII.
She is passionate about her community, veterans, and history.
