Our Story

Dorona opened its doors in 2018 as one of 5 restaurants under the Aielli Group Banner. The dynamic philanthropic duo Chef Fabrizio and his wife Ingrid Aielli, extended their culinary portfolio with this modern Italian Steakhouse in Naples, FL. 
Dorona not only features the finest custom cuts of beef available from select (and ONLY sustainable) farms but also gives the dining experience an Italian touch through signature dishes and ingredients from the Aielli’s homeland.

If you want to savor a Jackman Wagyu “Kobe Style” NY Strip, a 30+ days aged bone-in Ribeye or prefer to feast with your friends on a 160 Oz Bone-In Chateaubriand for 4, this steakhouse will satisfy any steak lover’s cravings.

Dorona is excited to invite you to a brand new brunch concept called BBQ, Bubbles & Brunch. The Brunch will be available between 11:30am and 3pm on Saturdays only, offering brunch items like Fried Chicken & Waffles, Crab Cake Benedict, Frittata Florentine and a special Brunch BBQ platter for $25 per person
