Due to popular demand, our morning class at 11:30 am has been sold out, so wear offering a second “Beef Wellington” cooking demo at 2:15 pm. Dorona invites you to a Chef Curated Cooking Demonstration and 3-Course Luncheon. This time executive chef Fabio Andres Bermudez will be showcasing Beef Wellington.

The Luncheon menu looks as follows:

Beef Wellington | Roasted Fingerling Potato | Chianti Wine Sauce
