Dorona invites you to a Chef Curated Cooking Demonstration and 3-Course Luncheon. This time Chef William will be showcasing the following theme:

How to incorporate the “Sous Vide” technique in your holiday recipes

In this class you will learn about the benefits of cooking with “sous vide” and how to create a Turkey Dinner with this unique method.

The Luncheon menu looks as follows:

First course
Guillermo’s Bruschetta

Second course
Sous Vide Turkey and Arugula Salad with Sweet Basil Vinaigrette

Autumn Apple Tarte Tatin with Dulce de Leche and Fresh Cream
