Dorona will be hosting a cooking class event on August 10th at 11:30am. Executive Chef Fabio and his culinary team will showcase a three course menu and reveal techniques on how to prepare a traditional French – Canadian dish: The Poutine

1st Course:
Caesar | Romaine | Shaved Parmesan | Black Garlic | Roasted Tomato Crouton | Caesar Dressing | Anchovy
Main Course:
New York Strip | French Fries | Poutine | Mozzarella Curds
Dessert:
Frozen Raspberry Cheesecake Popsicle
$45 per person includes the demonstration, lunch and a glass of Prosecco
