Experience the impeccable flavor of American Whiskey and wagyu!

On Wednesday, April 24, we will be serving a magnificent 4-course, chef-curated dinner featuring whiskeys from our guest of the evening – Michter’s Whiskey.

The menu for the evening will include:

First Course: “Wagyu Steak Tartare”
Pumpernickel Crostini, Yuzu Fermented Black Bean Garlic, French Breakfast Radish

Second Course: “Corzetti Pasta”
Barely Seared Wagyu, Foie Gras Emulsion, Pomegranate Drop

Third Course: “Jackman Florida Natural Wagyu Beef 4-Star Waygu New York Strip”
Bone Marrow Custard Brulee, Popcorn Puree, Burnt Honey Apple Gel

Dolce: “Pecan Tart”
Smoked Vanilla Gelato, Whisky Gums, Black Cherry Gastrique
